East KY Bull Elk Hunt presented by Northern KY QU Chapter #481 Kentucky’s elk herd is the largest of any state east of the Mississippi River. With prime habitat, abundant food, mild winters, and excellent management, it boasts a large number of trophy elk. It is very possible the next world record elk will come from Kentucky
Will YOU be the lucky hunter to place YOUR tag on one of these magnificent bulls?? And in addition to experiencing an unforgettable hunt, you will be contributing to a very worthy cause.
Northern Kentucky Chapter #481 of QU has been awarded its second bull elk tag to help it further its conservation efforts. This tag is good in any zone open to elk hunting for the Fall 2012 season. Proceeds from the sale of this tag will benefit QU Chapter #481’s long history of conservation efforts; its seed give away program; its underwriting of the Jake/Covey day event; purchasing of much needed equipment, which will be used for habitat restoration projects; and will be helping send children to Conservation Camp.
This elk tag will be raffled off. Tickets are $100.00 each and there will be ONLY 200 tickets sold. The drawing will be held at Elk Creek Sporting Clays on April 28, 2012 at 5:00pm.
